I got this very thoughtful note that pointed out something I didn’t realize: I haven’t made it clear enough that there is a pet version of Nordic Naturals and that’s the one I’ve been recommending. It’s every bit as pure and fresh as the human version – in fact, it’s the very same oil with different packaging (and Susanna says a lower price, too)!
I listen to your show on Sirius all the time and I just wanted to share with you a finding! Nordic Naturals has a PET FORMULA!! I found it when I was shopping for other stuff on this site. It’s really inexpensive compared to if you went to Whole Foods and bought a similar product for humans and gave it to your dog. Since you rave about this brand, I thought it only fair I let you know! Aren’t you wonderful to share this link with me! I actually know that Nordic Naturals has a pet version of their omega-3 oil (my three dogs get some at every meal) but you have done me a big favor because I didn’t realize I wasn’t making this clear on the air. Now that you have pointed it out I’m going to be sure to tell folks that there are two versions of the oil – and also share your spot where they can buy it.
