Catching Cancer Early (Kudos for Dog Talk)

Hi. I wanted to say Thank You for putting your show into a podcast. I live in Montana and work Saturdays so I would not have access otherwise. I listened to an episode today I believe was taped in February when Alice Villalobos. There has been a small growth on my SO loved 11 yr. old whippet Marquis. I was told to watch it, I did and continued to worry. But with that episode I had her into the vet today with a sample being sent off and my vet saying she thinks she will be removing it. You just might have saved my dogs life (I prefer not to find out) for encouraging me to step up. Much gratitude! I will be donating to the cancer fund for dogs you mention. I found out about you through the Dog Food Project website. Sabine is doing a consultation for my four yr. old whippet Juno.

Sincerly Thank You,

Monica

Gosh Monica, that is really incredible news and I am humbled to think that I (and Dr. Alice) might have had a hand in saving your dear Marquis' life. When I throw seeds out into the wind I really have no way of knowing where they land or what fruit they bear, so it means the world to hear from you that what I am doing makes a difference.

Best to you and your whippets,

Tracie Hotchner
